Get Your UKG Pro Recruiting URL
- Log into your UKG Pro instance.
- Click on the Search bar and search for “Recruiting Gateway”:
- Copy the URL of your recruiting dashboard and paste it into the connection flow
Register Integration with UKG Pro Support
Setting up a UKG Pro assessment integration requires UKG's support. Please get in touch with UKG support or your success manager with the draft message from the connection guide. In the message, please include the list of questions and answers below.

You will receive an OAuth Client ID and Client Secret from UKG support. Please enter them into the connection flow:

Enter your Client ID and Client Secret into the connection flow after you have received them from UKG:
Finish Setting up the Integration
- Log into your UKG Pro instance.
- Click on the Search bar and search for “Recruiting Gateway”:
- Copy the URL of your recruiting dashboard and paste it into the connection flow
- Click on the "Integrations" tab under "Settings" on the left side of the screen:
- Click on the integration created by UKG's support on the "Integrations" page:
- Make sure your integration is enabled. Copy the credential from the connection flow, paste it into the "Username" and "Password" field, and click "Save":
- Click on "Set up integration" in the connection flow to finish the set-up process:
