Log into your UKG Pro environment
Click on the Search bar and enter “Recruiting Gateway”
Copy the URL of your recruiting dashboard and paste it into the connection flow

Get the remaining credentials from UKG support

The rest of the credentials can only be created by UKG support. Please reach out to UKG support or to your success manager with the message draft below:

Dear UKG Team,

For an integration with our UKG Pro Recruiting instance, we'd like to ask you to provide us with a client id and client secret that contain the following scopes:
