Before you start
Make sure your Skello subscription includes RH Expert and either Time Clock Max or Duo Max.
Step 1 — Ask Skello for an API key
Contact Skello support or your account manager and ask them to issue an API key for your organization.
Support or the Account Manager will then send the key directly to you (usually within the same day).
Step 2 — Open the Connection Flow
Step 3 — Add the API Key for your organization
Open the Kombo connection flow for Skello and add the key into the API Key field. That
is the only field in the form.
Step 4 — Confirm the connection
Click through to finish setup. Kombo tests the key immediately; once it succeeds, the first
sync starts on its own. Depending on the size of your organization, the first sync can take a
few minutes.
