Log in to Databites, then click on Match:
- From the new page, search for Verwaltung in the sidebar, and click it to expand:
- Then please select Einstellungen to navigate to the Settings page:
- From the new page which opened, scroll horizontally to reveal Integrationen, then click on it:
- From the new sub-page which opened, click on Neuen API-Key erstellen, to start creating a new API-Key:
- In the new popup which opens, make sure that:
- Kombo is selected as a Provider;
- The Integration-ID is composed of databites:<tenant-slug>. The <tenant-slug> should match the name of your company, or, more precisely, the first word appearing in the domain you are currently visiting i.e. for kombo.databites.de, kombo is the tenant-slug.
- You've chosen and inserted an unique Name for the API-Key.
- The selected Scope is Lesen & Schreiben (Read & Write).
- The selected Default-Source is Kombo (Unified-API).
You've correctly selected source details, which might be the the name of the job board from which job applications are going to be sourced.
After this, click on Erstellen to confirm and create the API-Key.
- You should now see an API-Key in clear text. Save this in a safe place, as you won't be able to retrieve it again. If you lose it, you will need to generate a new API-Key.
Finally, after having inserted and confirmed your tenant-slug in the Kombo connection flow, insert the API key and the integration ID.
