Prerequisites
Confirm you have Dayforce Administrator permissions before beginning the integration.
Instructions
Step 1: Create a new user
Go to System Admin > User and select New. This username and password will be used for the Kombo connection flow.
Step 2: Configure a role
Open the menu on the left of your screen click through to System Admin > Roles
Create a new role, navigate to "Features" tab. This is what you need to check:
- HCM Anywhere > Web Services > Patch/Post Candidate Sourcing and Job Application Sourcing
- Recruiting
Step 3: Adjust Recruiting properties
Navigate to System Admin > Roles > Recruiting Setup > Client Properties and enable the following properties:
- Allow Candidates and Job Application Sourcing from External Job Boards
Step 4: Assign a new role to the new user
Navigate to the user created in Step 1 and assign the new role you created in Steps 2 and 3.
Step 5: Allow document types for upload
Navigate to System Admin > Roles > Documents > Admin > Document Types.
Open "Resume" document type and add your role to Roles in the bottom right panel like this:
Step 6: Connect Kombo and Dayforce
Now you can navigate to the Connection Flow and use the credentials from Step 1. Also you need to specify your Client Name Space and Environment
