Prerequisites
Before getting started, please carefully read the following to make sure you fulfill all requirements for the integration to work:
- Check whether you have an "Admin" or "Standard" profile within your ZohoPeople instance.
- Log into Zoho People and click on the gear icon in the top right corner. Then navigate to "Manage Accounts"
- You will see a Users table with their respective roles like shown below. Make sure you see "Admin" next to your name like shown below:
If you do not have an "Admin" profile, you will not be able to go through the flow and it will fail at the end.
Connect your account via OAuth
- Open the connection flow, enter your ZohoPeople domain when prompted and click Continue
2. Click "Sign in with Zoho People."
3. Now you will see a list of scopes that should be granted. Click "Accept".
4. If the connection succeeds you will be shown a success mesage first and then be redirected back to the connection flow, where you will see the following screen. Select the option that suits you best so we know how to create employees.
5. Click on "Set up integration" an you should see a success message.
Congratulations 🎉 You successfully connected your Zoho People account.
