Prerequisites
- Make sure you are an Admin in Bullhorn. You can validate that by checking in the menu if the Admin settings are shown.
1. Log in to your Bullhorn instance, and click on the "Menu" button on the side bar:
2. Make sure that you can see the "Admin" setting from the menu:
If you cannot see the "Admin" option from the screenshot above, please find out who has the "Admin" role in your Bullhorn instance and ask them to promote you to the role or take over the setup process.

[Your Company Name] - After receiving your Client ID and Client secret from Bullhorn support, please enter them in the connection flow and press "Continue":
- Press on the "Sign in with Bullhorn" button, and follow :

A Bullhorn window will prompt you to enter your login credentials. You can either set up a new API user for this integration or log in with your existing admin user credentials:
Enter the credentials, then click Log In.
Setting up Bullhorn Custom Tab
- Log in to your Bullhorn instance, click on "Menu", "Admin", and "View Layout":
- In the "View Layout" page, select the "Candidate" option from the "Field Map Entity" dropdown, navigate to the "Custom Tabs" section, and click on the "Add New" button.
- Filling in the following information on the new form:
- Name: This can be anything, for example, "Assessment" or "Background Check".
- Enabled: Make sure this is ticked.
- URL: Copy and paste the value from the connection flow.
- User Types: The types of users to whom the tab is visible. Please make sure this is set correctly so that the related users have access to the tab.
- Please make sure to click "Save" once you've filled in the form:
- Go back to the connection flow, and click on the "Set up integration" button.
