Find your iTrent URL

1. Log in to your iTrent instance, copy the URL from your browser's address bar, and paste it into the connection flow:
   
   
   

Get the organization name

1. Log in to your iTrent instance, and click on "MENU" on the navbar:
   
    

2. Find the name of your Organisation, and enter it in the connection flow:
   
   

    

Generate API credentials

1. Log in to your iTrent instance, and click on "MENU" on the navbar:
   
    
2. Select the "FIND ITRENT PAGES" tab, search for "Function access details", and click on "Add new":
   
    
3. Enter a name for the "Function access", put today's date for the "Start date" field, toggle on "Active", and click "Save".
   
    
4. Go back to the "FIND ITRENT PAGES" tab, search for "User details", and click on "Add new":
   
    
5. Enter a name for the user under the "User name" field. Under the "Function access name" field, search for the "Function access" you've created earlier, and set it as the value. Then enter a password of your choice in the "New password" and "Confirm password" fields:
   
    
6. Click "Save" on the same page:
   
    
7. Go back to the "FIND ITRENT PAGES" tab, click on the "View iTrent navigation structure" button. Select "Security" > "Users" > "Web services user control details":
   
    
8. In the "Web services user control details" page, enable the categories that are requested by the connection flow:
