Prerequisites

• Ensure you have access to the Hansalog dashboard.
• Verify that the API feature is enabled for your account.

Instructions

Step 1: Find your subdomain from your URL

Log into your Hansalog account.

You can find your subdomain in the URL you use to access Hansalog (e.g., https://**your-subdomain**.hansalog.de).

Step 2: Get API Key

You have two options:

• Contact your Hansalog account manager or consultant – They can create the API key for you.
• Create it yourself in the Hansalog dashboard. Navigate to Systemeinstellungen → API-Keys and generate a new key. You must also assign the API key to a specific user account in the system. This functionality might only be available if you have certain privileges.

Step 3: Connect to Kombo

Now simply follow the instructions of Kombo's connection flow to connect your account.

Step 3: Done

Now we will sync your data.
