Prerequisites

Before getting started, please carefully read the following to make sure you fulfill all requirements for the integration to work:

• Manatal user role required: Admin
  • Your Manatal administrator can manage your user role.
• The Open API feature required for this guide is available and enabled by default for users on the Enterprise Plus plan

1. Log into Manatal and check if you see the "Administration" tab in the side menu:

   

2. If you can not see this tab, ask your Manatal account administrator to take over the setup process, or to change your user role to "Admin". Without this, the setup process can not be completed.

How to enable API access?

1. Log into Manatal and click on the "Administration" tab in the side menu:

   

2. Scroll down if necessary and click on "Manage features":

   

3. Scroll down again if needed and click on "Open API":

   

4. If you see "Open API is not yet active for your account", click on "Contact our support"

   

Generate your API token

1. Log into Manatal and click on the "Administration" tab in the side menu:

   

2. Scroll down if necessary and click on "Manage features":

   

3. Scroll down again if needed and click on "Open API":

   

4. Click on "Generate new token":

   

5. Copy the API token shown below "Active API tokens", and then paste it into the connection flow:

   

Obtain the client slug

1. Log into Manatal and click on the "Administration" tab in the side menu:

   

2. Click on "Manage your career page":

   

3. Toggle the switch next to "Enable Career Page":

4. Click on the "Career Page Settings" tab:

   

5. Click on "General":

   

6. Click on "Career Page URL":

   

7. Copy the highlighted part after the "https://www.careers-page.com/" prefix, and paste it into the connection flow:
