How to invite a candidate to an assessment test
- Click on a candidate to go to their details page under a job's applicant section (we're using "John Doe" as an example in this guide):
- Click on the "Menu" icon above the candidate's name, and click on the "Send to <Your Assessment Provider>" (we're using Kombo as the assessment provider as an example in this guide) from the dropdown
- Select an assessment test, and click on "Save" in the pop-up:
- The assessment test result section will be created at the bottom of the candidate's detail page. The result will be populated in this section once the candidate has finished the assessment:
How to set up bulk invites for a job
- Go to a job's details page, click on the "Puzzle" icon, and select the name of your assessment provider from the dropdown (we're using Kombo as the assessment provider as an example in this guide):
- Select an assessment test and click "Save":
- Click on the "Pipeline Actions" button:
- Select a specific stage that you would like the candidates to be assessed on, and click on the "Create Action" button (we're using the "Assessment" stage as an example):
- Click on the "Partner Integrations" option from the pop-up:
- Select the name of your assessment provider from the "Do this..." section (we're using Kombo as the assessment provider as an example in this guide), and click on "Save action":
Once this step is completed, the candidates will be invited to the configured assessment test(s) automatically once they've moved to the "Assessment" stage.
How to view the assessment test result
- Go to a candidate's details page, and you can find the test result at the bottom of the page:
How to filter candidates by score
Note: Candidates can't be filtered by their scores in Jobylon's UI, but they can be sorted by score.
- Go to a job's overview page, and click on the "Cog" icon on the top right of the screen. Make sure the "Score" field of your assessment provider is toggled on (we're using "Kombo" as an example in this guide):
- You can sort the candidates based on their assessment scores by clicking on your assessment provider's name:
