What is a Standard Employee or Default Person?
When creating a new employee in SD Worx Cobra, you are required to select a Standard Employee (sometimes also called Default Person) as part of the workflow.
You also have to provide the same info when creating a new employee through Kombo's Create Employee feature.
How to find your defined Standard Employees
- After logging in to your SD Worx Cobra instance, click on Cobra Enterprise HRM > Employees in the left sidebar
- Click on the organization you want to create the new employee for
- Click anywhere on the organizations info panel
- Click on Manage default person on the right-hand action panel
- The Assigned default persons on the bottom of this page are the standard employees you can use. Just copy the number of your desired standard employee on the right-hand side (next to the delete button) and paste them into the Create Employee form's Standard Employee field.
