How to configure an assessment test for a job

1. Click on the “All” tab under “Opportunities” on the side bar in UKG Pro’s Recruiting Gateway:

   
   
   

2. Select a specific job in the “Opportunities” page (we’re using “Accountant” in this example) :

   
   
   

3. Click on the “Screening” tab:

   
   
   

4. Choose an assessment test under the “Assessment” section, and select your assessment provider from the dropdown (we’re using “Kombo Dev” as an example in the guide):

   

   

5. Select the assessment test that you would like the candidates to be assessed on for the job during the application process, and click on the "Apply" button afterwards:

   
   
   

6. You should see the selected test configured for the job in the “Assessment” section:

   

How to view assessment results

1. Click on the “... applicants” link under the job’s title in the job details page:

   
   
   

2. Select a candidate:

   
   
   

3. Click on the “Assessments” tab:

   
   
   

4. You will see the result of the assessment test:
