SuccessFactors: How do I configure career site sign up emails?

  1. Log into your SuccessFactors instance.

  2. In the top bar, search for "Edit Applicant Status Configuration" and select this:


  3. Click on the name of the relevant job status set:


  4. Click on "Default":


    1. Scroll down to "External Candidate",
      Open the 'Select template" dropdown,
      select "Career Site Password Reset for external candidates",
      and check "Do not send if agency candidate":



  5. Finally, press "Save":
