How to invite a candidate to assessment test(s)
- Search for a candidate on Smartrecruiters' "People" page, and click on the candidate to go to their details page:
- Click on the "Order assessments" button in the "Assessments" section:
- In the popup:
- Select the assessment vendor (we're using "Kombo" in this example)
- Select assessment test(s)
- Click on the "Continue"
- The candidate will then be invited to take the assessment test(s):
How to set up bulk invites for a job
- Go to a job's "Hiring Process" tab, and check for which hiring process the job belongs to ("Example Hiring Process" in this example):
- Click on your "profile" on the top right of the page, and click on "Settings" from the dropdown:
- Click on the "Hiring Process" under the "Configuration" section of the "Settings" page:
- Search for the hiring process, and click on the "Edit" button:
- Select a specific stage(s) that you would like the candidates to be assessed on ("In-Review" in this example). Click on the "Add step" button:
- Click on "Add Custom":
- Give it a name (we are using "Assessment" as an example), and click on the "Add" button:
- Click on the "Save hiring process" button:
- Click on the step you created and select "Assessments" in the dropdown:
- Click on the "CONFIGURE" button on the "Configure Assessments..." page:
- Add the assessment test(s) that you would like the candidates to be assessed on for the job requisition, and click on the "Save" button afterwards:
- Make sure the "AUTO-TRIGGERED" toggle is on:
After, the candidates will be invited to the configured assessment test(s) automatically once they've moved to the "assessment" ("In-Review" in this example) stage.
How to view the assessment test result
You can view the result of the assessment in the candidate's details page once it has been completed by the candidate
- Go to the candidate's details page, and you should see the result under the "Assessments" section:
How to filter candidates by score
- In a job's "Applicants" tab, click on the "More" dropdown.
- In the "Filters" pop-up, select an assessment partner (we're using "Kombo" as an example in this guide), select tests and provide a range for the scores (we will filter for candidates whose score is greater or equal to 80 in this example):
