How to invite a candidate to assessment test(s)
- Select a specific candidate from the "Candidates" page, and click on the "New Activity" button:
- Click on "Assessment" from the dropdown:
- Select your Assessment vendor ("Kombo" in this example):
- Click on "Select assessment type..." in the popup, and then select an assessment test ("Coding test" in this example):
- Click on the "Add Activity" button in the popup after you have selected an assessment test:
- A new activity will be created under the candidate's "Current Activities" sections. Click on the "Start Assessment" button:
- Click on the "Start" button in the popup:
- The candidate will then be invited to take the assessment test(s). The test result will be shown under the activity once the test is completed:
How to set up bulk invites for a job
- Search for the specific job on the "Jobs" page:
- Click on "Interview Plan" on the sidebar:
- Select a specific stage that you would like the candidates to be assessed on ("Technical Quiz" in this example). Click on the "Add Activity to ..." button, and select "Add Activity" from the dropdown:
- Select your assessment vendor under the "Integrations" section of the "Add Activity" side panel (we're using "Kombo" as an example in this guide):
- Click on "Select assessment type..." in the side panel, and then select an assessment test ("Coding test" in this example). Click on the "Add" button afterwards:
- Click the "Automation" tab in the "Assessment Configuration" popup, and make sure the "Automate on Stage Entry" option is toggled on:
Once this step is completed, the candidates will be invited to the configured assessment test(s) automatically once they've moved to the "assessment" ("Technical Quiz" in this example) stage.
How to filter candidates by score
- Go to a specific job on the "Jobs" page, and click on the "Candidate Pipeline" tab:
- Make sure the "Advanced" toggle is on, and click on the "Add Field to Match" button:
- Search for your assessment vendor's name, followed up by "assessment score" in the popup (We're using Kombo as our assessment vendor in this example):
- Set up your filtering criteria. We will filter for candidates whose score is greater or equal to 80 in this example:
- You will now see the candidates who match the filtering criteria:
