Prerequisites

Make sure the integration is connected and you have selected a stage for the candidate to be assessed in the connection flow (we're using the "Assessment" stage as an example in this guide":

Assessment orders will be created for the candidates once they have moved to the selected stage if there are assessment tests configured on the job and/or the candidate.
During the connection flow, we will create a placeholder opportunity ("<Your Vendor> Placeholder" in this example). After the connection flow, we will add all the available assessment tests as tags to the placeholder opportunity.

How to set up bulk invites for a job

Go to the "Jobs" page and select a job that you would like to have candidates be bulk invited:
Click on the "Tags" section and type in the names of the tests that are configured as tags on the placeholder opportunity:

For example, if you wish to have all the candidates that are moved to the assessment stage be assessed with the "Psychometrics test: ID-13092" test
Click on the "SAVE CHANGES" button after you have configured the desired tests:
The assessment tests will be placed on the candidates once they are moved to the stage configured by you in the connection flow:

Select a specific candidate from the "Candidates" page, and add assessment tests as tags for the candidate:

For example, if you wish to have the candidate be assessed with the "Coding test: ID-13093" test
The assessment tests will be placed on the candidates once they are moved to the stage configured by you in the connection flow:
