Requirements
You oracle user account requires access to the HCM Data loader section. To verify this access follow these steps:
- Open the left side bar in your Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Expand the My Client Groups element.
- If you do not see Data Exchange as an option, you do not have sufficent access to follow this guide.
- Click on Data Exchange.
- Within the Data Exchange you need the UI Element HCM Data Loader with the Import and Load Data option. (Do not confuse this with the HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader!).
Accessing the error logs
- Click on Import and Load Data.
- Click on Show Filters.
- Remove the Last Updated Date and Created By filters.
- Our Team will provide you with an Content ID to search for. It will look like similar to this: "UCMFA00000000". Paste it and click Search.
- You will see our failed application import. Click on the Icon in the column Messages.
- Click on the Icon in the column Object Details.
- Provide us with the full error message. You can hover over the message to see the full message.
