Prerequisites

Please carefully read the following to make sure you fulfill all the requirements to set up the integration:

• Your account must have at least the "Recruiting Administrator" role in your company's JazzHR Instance.
  1. Log in to JazzHR, and click "SETTINGS" at the top of the screen.
  
  
  2. Check if you can see the "INTEGRATIONS" link on the "Settings" page:
  
  3. If you cannot see the "SETTINGS" link on the home page, or you cannot see the "INTEGRATIONS" on the "Settings" page, it means your account does not have enough permissions.
  
  • Find out who has the "Recruiting Administrator" or the "Super Administrator" role in your company's JazzHR instance, and ask them to promote you to the role or take over the setup process.

Finding Your API Key

1. Log into JazzHR.
2. click "SETTINGS" at the top of the screen.

4. Copy the "API Key" on the "Settings" page:
   
   
   
5. Paste your API Key in the connection flow:
   
   
   
   
   

Finding Your Career Page URL

1. Click on the "CAREER PAGE" link on the "Settings" page:
   
   
   
2. Click on the "VIEW CAREER PAGE" button under the "Career Page Layout" section:
   
   
   
   
   
3. Copy the URL from your browser's address bar, and paste it into the connection flow:
