Connect integration
- In Gem, click on your profile in the bottom left corner and go to Admin Settings.
- Go to the Integrations tab, scroll down to Third party applications and click Add integration.
- Select the company that you want to integrate with and click Add integration.
- Copy the Shareable access key and paste it into the connection flow.
Add a new Source
[Conditional] This step only needs to be executed if it's shown in your personalised connection flow.
- In Gem, click on your profile in the bottom left corner and go to Admin Settings.
- Go to the Gem ATS tab, click on Applications and expand the Sources list. Then click on New source.
- Copy the Source name from our connection flow.
- Paste it into Gem and select Other as Source type. Then click Save.
Note: It might take the 1-2 minutes for the source to appear in the list. Please refresh the page until you see it.
Tracking URL
[Conditional] This step only needs to be executed if it's shown in your personalised connection flow.
- In Gem, click on your profile in the bottom left corner and go to Admin Settings.
- Go to the Gem ATS tab, click on Job boards & posts and expand the Tracking link section. Then click on Create tracking link.
- Select the same source and click Create link.
- Copy the link and paste it in the connection flow
Choose a user on whose behalf actions will be performed
Every Action executed in Gem, like adding a comment, uploading a CV, moving an application to another stage requires to be attributed to a User. Select the responsible User in the connection flow. Optionally you can create a new User within Gem for just this purpose.
