Prerequisites

• You are an Admin of your SAP SuccessFactors instance. If you were able to set up the OAuth user, you should have all required permissions to set up the IP Address restriction.
• Alternatively: Please contact your SuccessFactors Admin and forward them this guide.

Overview

1. To open the configuration page enter "Password and Login Policy Settings" in the search bar at the top right.
2. Click on "Set API login exceptions".
3. Click "Add".
4. On the "Create New User Security Setting" page that now opened, enter the following details:
   Username: The username of the user account you set up for the integration.
   Maximum Password Age (days): -1
   IP address restrictions: 167.235.240.170
5. Now click "Save and Close".
