Prerequisites

Before getting started, please reach out to your Sympa customer support with the following email:

Hi XYZ,

We would like to set up an integration with XYZ to automate reading and creating employees as well as other data within Sympa. We were told to reach out to you to gain access to the Generic API.

Could you please generate access credentials for us and provide the API Username and API Password?

Sympa will happily customize endpoints for every new connection. However, for the unification to work, it must follow their "Generic API" specification.

Please make sure that the "Generic API" specification is discussed and implemented. If in doubt, please contact Kombo support.

Setup

Once you have received your API credentials from Sympa, you can proceed to the connection flow and fill it.

Fill in your API credentials, and click on "Set up integration":
