Pre-requisites

Please make sure that you are able to open the webhook subscription page. If you can't open this page, it's because the webhook feature isn't enabled on your Teamtailor account.

In that case, please reach out to support@teamtailor.com and ask them to enable the feature. Here is a draft to help you:

We want to set up a webhook subscription on our Teamtailor instance. However, I can't access the relevant page in our settings. I was told, this is something that needs to be enabled by TT support. Could you please enable the feature on our account?

Set up webhook subscription

1. Go to the webhooks settings in your Teamtailor account
   If you cannot use the link, you can find them through these steps:
   1. Click on the Icon left to your profile, then click on Settings
      
   2. In the search bar, type in Webhooks and click on the "webhooks" tile that appears
   3. Click on Create new webhook
   4. Copy the following information from the connection flow
      Label
      Webhook URL
      
      Then, tick the boxes based on what you see in the connection flow
   5. Click the save button
