Prerequisites

To create an integration with CatalystOne, you'll have to first reach out to the CatalystOne your support representative at CatalystOne or to info@catalystone.com, with the following message:

We require access to the API for an integration with our partner. Could you send us the Client ID and Client Secret for our account?

Instructions

Once you have obtained your CatalystOne API credentials from CatalystOne, the setup is straightforward.

First, log into your CatalystOne instance and copy the URL in the address bar of your browser. Then open the flow and paste that URL into the subdomain field. Now you can continue to the next step.

Now just paste the API credentials you received from CatalystOne into the connection flow and press "Set up integration". We will validate the credentials and you should get a confirmation screen after a few seconds.
