Prerequisites

Before getting started, please reach out to your Perbility Helix customer support (stephan.kraemer@perbility.de) with the following email:

Hi XYZ,

We would like to set up an integration with XYZ to automate reading jobs and creating applications within Perbility Helix. We were told to reach out to you to gain access to the global API.

Could you go ahead and generate us access and send us the API Username and API Password?

If there are any questions, please let us know.

Setup

Once you have received your API credentials from Perbility Helix, you can proceed to the connection flow and fill it.

1. Find the public job portal SUBDOMAIN of your company in the connection flow. This often looks like this: https://{{yourcompany}}.mein-helix.de 
   
   
    
2. Fill in your API credentials, and click on "Set up integration":
