Prerequisites

• You are an Admin of your SAP SuccessFactors instance. If you are not an admin, you won't even be able to search for and access the configuration pages that are described later on.
  • Alternatively: Please contact your SuccessFactors Admin and have them take over the integration setup process.

Open the event notification audit log

1. Log into SAP SuccessFactors
2. Search for "Event Notification Audit Log"
   
3. Select "rcm_assessment_alert_v2"
   Then "Failed"
   Then click "Search"
4. Click on View for the failed event
5. Take a screenshot of the Request
6. Then take a screenshot of the Response
