Context

By default, OTYS does not allow the writing of GDPR consent via API due to the sensitive nature of the field. To enable the writing of GDPR data via integration, you will have to reach out to your OTYS account manager so that they can enable the setting on your API key. Only OTYS themselves can update this permission.

How to request the required permissions

Please write your OTYS account manager an email along the following lines. You will need to know which OTYS user created the API key:

Hello ______,

We have created an integration with ______, and would like to allow them to set the GDPR status and date of applying candidates via API.

Could you please enable the "Partner permission for updating GDPR due dates" setting on our API key?

The API key was created with the following OTYS user: ______.
