Prerequisites

You have the following roles in your Oracle Recruiting Cloud instance. If you do not have roles, please contact whoever has the necessary permissions in your company before continuing:

• ORA_PER_RECRUITING_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB
• ORA_ASM_APPLICATION_IMPLEMENTATION_ADMIN_ABSTRACT

Trigger Assessment Order on Application

1. Search for the job request with assessment test packages configured on the "Job Requisitions" page. You can learn how to set assessment test packages on a job requisition in this guide:
   Note: This guide uses the "Account Executive" requisition as an example.
   
   
2. Click on the value of the "Applications" column to get to all applications for the job:
   
   
   
3. In the "Job Applications" page, click on the candidate that you would like to order assessment tests for:
   
   Note: This guide uses "Fred Giles"'s application as an example.
   
   
4. Click on the "Screening" tab:
   
   
   
5. Click on the "dots" icon on the "Assessments" tab:
   
   
   
6. Click on the "Initiate Request" option in the popup to order an assessment for the application:
   
   
   
7. Select the test packages that you would like to order, and click on "OK":
   
   
   
8. You will see the assessment order will be marked as "Initiated":
   
   
   

View Test Result

Once the assessment has been completed, you can view the result in the "Assessments" tab:

Note: any additional information on the assessment result will be displayed in the "Comments" section
