Prerequisites
You have the following roles in your Oracle Recruiting Cloud instance. If you do not have roles, please contact whoever has the necessary permissions in your company before continuing:
- ORA_PER_RECRUITING_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB
- ORA_ASM_APPLICATION_IMPLEMENTATION_ADMIN_ABSTRACT
Configure Assessment Packages on Job Requisition
- Click on the "Create" button on the "Job Requisitions" page:
- You should be able to see the "Screening Services" step on the "Create Job Requisition" page:
- Under the "Screening Services" step, click on the "Add" button:
- Select the partner you've imported as the "Partner" option and the user account you've created as the"User Account" option. Then, click on the "OK" button:
- Click on the "Pencil" icon next to the created screening service:
- You can add test packages to the job's internal and/or external application by clicking on the "Add Package" button:
In this example, we will be adding test packages to external applications
- Select the test packages that you would like to set on the job requisition:
- Click on the "OK" button after you've set up the desired test packages on the job requisition:
- Click on the "Submit" button on the top right of the page to finalize the job:
How to manually invite a candidate to assessment test(s)
- Search for the job request with assessment test packages configured on the "Job Requisitions" page. You can learn how to set assessment test packages on a job requisition in this guide:
Note: This guide uses the "Account Executive" requisition as an example. - Click on the value of the "Applications" column to get to all applications for the job:
- In the "Job Applications" page, click on the candidate that you would like to order assessment tests for:
Note: This guide uses "Fred Giles"'s application as an example. - Click on the "Screening" tab:
- Click on the "dots" icon on the "Assessments" tab:
- Click on the "Initiate Request" option in the popup to order an assessment for the application:
- Select the test packages that you would like to order, and click on "OK":
- You will see the assessment order will be marked as "Initiated":
How to set up bulk invites for a job
- Click on your profile picture on the top right of the page:
- Click on "Setup and Maintenance" in the dropdown:
- Click on the "Recruiting and Candidate Experience" tab in the dropdown on the top left of the page:
- Select the "Candidate Job Applications" tab under "Functional Areas" and then click on the "Candidate Selection Process Configuration" task:
- Next, search for and select the selection process that you want to add the automatic stage trigger to:
Note: In this example, we are selecting "Default Candidate Selection Process"
- Select the Phase that you want the assessment to be triggered for:
Note: In this example, we are selecting the phase "Screening"
- Under "States for Phase", go to the state that you would like the assessment to be triggered for, then, under "Actions", select "Add Action", then "Request Assessment":
Note: In this example, we are using the state "Selected for Interview"
- If you require any conditions, add them now:
- Finally, press "Save and Close":
How to view assessment results
Once the assessment has been completed, you can view the result in the "Assessments" tab:
Note: any additional information on the assessment result will be displayed in the "Comments" section
