Prerequisites

• You need to be an Admin of your Umantis instance

To verify that you are an admin:

1. Click on the settings icon on the top right of your Umantis instance
   

   

2. If you can see the Main settings menu pictured below, you are an admin. If you do not see the menu below, please find the admin in your organization and hand over the setup process to them.
   

Find your Umantis subdomain

1. Log into your Umantis instance
2. Copy the subdomain of the page URL (what is shown before umantis.com).
   For example, https://recruitingapp-example.umantis.com/Administration/API
3. Paste the subdomain into the connection flow
   
4. Click Continue

Grant the API permissions

1. Log into your Umantis instance
2. Click the settings icon at the top right
   
3. Click Settings -> Main settings in the new dropdown
   
4. Go to the API tab
5. Under Partner API account you should see a new list item, click on Accept
   
6. On the newly opened page, click Accept again
   
7. Return to the connection flow, and click Continue
   
   

Setting up candidate source tracking

If prompted by the connection flow, you may have to additionally configure a source.

1. Open the How did you hear about us? page linked from the flow
   
2. Click on Actions in the top right corner
   
3. Select Add selection value
   
   
4. Copy the value mentioned in the connection flow into all fields, and click Save
   
5. Return to the connection flow to complete the integration
