Prerequisites

• You are an Admin of your SAP SuccessFactors instance. If you are not an admin, you won't even be able to search for and access the configuration pages that are described later on.
  • Alternatively: Please contact your SuccessFactors Admin and have them take over the integration setup process.

Set up the event notification subscription

1. Log into SAP SuccessFactors
2. Search for Event Notification Subscription
3. Go to Subscriber and click Edit Subscriber
4. Click Add Subscriber
5. Put id of the assessment vendor you created earlier (in this example it's EXAMPLE_ASSESSMENT) into 
   Subscriber Id
   Name
   Client Id
   
   Then click Save
   
6. You should see the "Vendor saved" confirmation
7. Go to External Event and click Add New
8. Select 
   Event Type: rcm_assessment_alert_v2
   Subscriber: the Subscriber you created earlier (in this case EXAMPLE_ASSESSMENT)
   Protocol: SOAP_OVER_HTTP_HTTPS
   Endpoint URL: https://api.kombo.dev/v1/partner/successfactors/assessment-start
   Authentication: BASIC
   
9. Copy the username and password from the connection flow and paste them into the auth headers
