Exporting a user's roles to excel

1. Click on the 3-bar menu in the top left of your Oracle Recruiting Cloud instance:
2. Next, scroll down to "Tools" open the menu, then go to "Security Console":
   Note: If you don't see the "Security Console" setting, you don't have the right permissions to complete the connection.
3. Expand the middle dropdown menu and select Users
4. Search for the username in the right search box and select the correct user on the left side
5. Press the Load Indirect Relationships button on the right side and wait for the additional roles to load in.
6. Lastly press the Export to Excel button on the right side and submit the Excel file to our support team.
