Prerequisites

Before getting started, please carefully read the following to make sure you fulfill all requirements for the integration to work:

• You are an admin in your Rippling system.

To verify that you are an admin, follow steps 1-3 below, verifying that you can see the Create API Key button.

Creating an API Key

1. In the sidebar, click on the cog icon to open the settings, and click on Company Settings.
   
2. Click on the API Access tab.
   
3. Click on the Create API Key button.
   
4. Select the permissions as listed in the connection flow.
   
   Note: the above screenshot is just an example of possible permissions. Only select the permissions that are displayed in your connection flow.
   
5. Copy the created API key by clicking on the icon, and copy it into the connection flow
