Prerequisites

Before getting started, please reach out to your HROffice success manager with the following email:

Hi XYZ,

We would like to set up an integration with XYZ to automate reading jobs and creating applications within HROffice. We were told to reach out to you in order to create a new API career site.

Could you go ahead and create this new API career site and let us know once you're done with it?

Once you have received confirmation from HROffice that the API credentials were set up correctly:

1. Log into your HROffice account
2. Open this link: https://portal.hroffice.eu/settings/sites
   If the link doesn't work, you can follow these steps to get there:
   
   1. Go to settings
      
   2. Scroll down to the Career Sites tab and click on Configuration
3. Click on the edit icon of the site of type "API"
   
4. Copy the Portal ID and the API Key
