Find your web service endpoint and customer API key

1. Log into your UKG Pro instance
2. Click on the Search bar and enter “Web Services”
3. Copy the following values from the page that just appeared
   Customer API key
   Web service endpoint (which is part of your "Business Intelligence web service endpoint)

Create a service account

1. Click on the Search bar and enter “Service Account Administration”
   
    
2. Click the "Add" button
3. Set a username and user email for this service user and note down the username
4. Set the permissions of the service user according to the connection flow
5. Click "Save" and then "OK"
   
6. Copy the password and save it in a secure place

UKG Onboarding

If you want to create an employee in UKG Pro onboarding, please contact your UKG Pro support to obtain the Client ID and Client Secret. Ask them to enable the onboarding scopes on the credentials. 

After you received the credentials you can proceed. 

1.  Fill out the Client ID and Client Secret
   
2. Go to UKG Pro and search for Onboarding Gateway and click on it. 
   
3. Copy the URL into the Connection Flow.
