View source:
The source will be displayed on the right sidebar of each candidate's profile under the field "Source"
Additionally, you can get an overall statistical report by clicking on "Reports" > "Standard Reports"
Scroll until you see "Hiring" > "Candidate Sources"
There you can click on "All sources" and filter accordingly
