Prerequisites

Before getting started, please carefully read the following to make sure you fulfill all requirements for the integration to work:

• You are an admin of your rexx instance or an admin shared their access with you.

Add a Source

1. Log in to your rexx instance, and click on the "Admin, Ticket" icon under the "Admin Services" section in the home page:
   
   
   
2. Search for "Wie haben Sie uns gefunden?" in the search bar, and click on the "Wie haben Sie uns gefunden?" tab:
   
3. Navigate to the top of the page and locate "Wie haben Sie uns gefunden?" drop down, click on it, then click on "Neu":
   
   
   
4. Enter the source label that you copied from the connection flow into the "Bezeichnung [de]" field, make sure that the "intern, extern" option is selected for the "Art" selector, and click on "Speichern":
