Accessing an API Key
To gain access to an API key, you need to create a support ticket within your OTYS system. In OTYS, creating a support ticket is a charged service:
"Please, ask your question providing as many details as possible and we will then provide you with a time estimate for addressing your question.
We will handle your questions and service requests on a payment upon completion basis. Our hourly service rate is 110 EUR."
To create a support ticket, follow these steps:
- Log in to your OTYS instance.
- Click on the top icon in the sidebar to enter your dashboard:
- In the top right corner of your dashboard, click on the Configure boards icon:
- Scroll down to the Other section and click on Support. This will add a support widget to the bottom of your dashboard. (You may have to scroll for it to come into view)
- Press the "+" icon in the support widget to create a new support ticket.
- Choose the Question option.
- Send a message requesting an API key, copying the listed services from your connection flow. The screenshot below is just an example of possible services.
