Prerequisites
Please carefully read the following to make sure you fulfill all the requirements to set up the integration:
- Your account has the "Administrator" role in your company's Flatchr Instance.
1. Log in to Flatchr, and navigate to the top right of the page. If you cannot see the "Cog" button on the sidebar, it means that your account does not have the "Administrator" role:
2. Click on the "Cog" button, and you should be able to see the "Advanced" tab under "Advanced settings" section on the left side of the screen:
3. If you can not see the "Advanced settings", it means that your account does not have "Administrator" role:
- Find out who has the "Administrator" role in your company's Flatchr instance, and ask them to assign you to role or take over the setup process

Instructions
Finding your subdomain
- Log into Flatchr.
- Navigate to the top right of the page, and click on the "cog" icon:
- Go to your Advanced setting page. You can also find it under Advanced settings > Advanced:
- You can find your subdomain At the bottom of the "Advanced" tab in side of the "Advanced" settings page under "Subdomain configuration":
Find your company key
- Go to your API setting page. You can also find it under Advanced settings > Advanced > API:
- You can find your "Company key" under "List of keys":
Create an API key
- Go to your API setting page. You can also find it under Advanced settings > Advanced > API:
- Click on the "Add a key" button on the right on of the page:
- Enter a name of your choosing for your API key, and click on the "Add" button in the popup:
- You can find your API key by the name that you've entered, and click on "Copy" to copy your newly created API key:
