Prerequisites
Please carefully read the following to make sure you fulfil all the requirements to set up the integration:
- Your account has the "Super Admin" or the "Owner" role.
1. Log into your company's Remote instance, and click on the "Admins & Permissions" tab on the sidebar:
- If you cannot see the tab, it means your account does not have the appropriate role.
2. Locate your account in the "Company admins" table, you will find your role under the "ROLE" column:
3. If the "ROLE" is not "Super Admin" or "Owner", it means that you do not have admin access to your Remote instance.
- Find out who has the "Super Admin" or "Owner" role in your company's Remote instance, and ask them to assign you to the "Super Admin" role or take over the setup process.

Instructions
Creating an API key
- Log into Remote.
- Navigate to the the sidebar on the left side of the screen, and click on "Integrations" under the "COMPANY" section:
- Locate the card with the title "Remote API", and click on "Manage API":
- Navigate to the top right corner of the screen, and click on "Generate API token":
- Enter a name of your choice for your in the popup, then click on "Generate":
- You should be able to see your newly generated API token with name of what you have just entered:
- Click on the ellipsis icon on the right side of the row:
- Click on "Copy token" in the popup to copy your newly generated token:
