Prerequisites
Please carefully read the following to make sure you fulfill all the requirements to set up the integration:
- Your account belongs to the "Administrator" access group in your company's Pinpoint Instance.
1. Log in to Pinpoint, and navigate to the sidebar on the left side of the screen.
2. If you cannot see the "Settings" option on the sidebar, it means that your account does not belongs to the "Administrator" access group.
- Find out who is in the "Administrator" access group in your company's Pinpoint instance, and ask them to promote you to the group or take over the setup process.

Instructions
Creating an API key
- Log into Pinpoint.
- Navigate to the the sidebar on the left side of the screen, and click on "Integrations" under the "Settings" section.
- Under the "Apps" tab, look for the "Pinpoint Api" card, and click on "ADD"
- Toggle the setting from "DISABLED" to "ENABLED", and click on "CREATE NEW"
- Make sure to input a name for under the "API KEY NAME" field
- Select the permissions as shown in the connection flow
- Scroll down the bottom of the tab, and click on "CREATE API KEY":
- Click on the "Copy" icon to copy your newly created API key:
